European Council Summit 2024. Europe’s rivers are sick and governments are failing to fix them. The 27 european union member states unanimously agreed to commit 17 billion euros in grants and 33 billion euros in loans to help ukraine for the next four years.
The meeting is chaired by charles michel, president of the european council. This year, the third edition of the european innovation council (eic) summit will kick off with a joint opening of the research & innovation week on 18 march 2024.
